Contract Terms and Specifics
- Please schedule an appointment with us for a consult on your items.
- Consignment items will be contracted for 60 days.
tems will be marked down 20% if unsold after 30 days.
- When your item sales you will recieve 50% of its selling price, payments to be mailed the following month.
- You retain ownership throughout.
- You are responsible for the pick-up of unsold items.
- Madison Avenue Consignment will care for merchandise to the best of our ability but cannot be held liable for damage by reason of theft, loss or any causes beyond our control.
- Our staff must rely on past and present experience to determine what will sell. Please don't be offended if we don't choose one of your items.
- Pick up and Delivery are available, however we will charge a flat fee of 50 dollars and added or exceptional inconveniences in distance or transport will result in an extra charge.
